Domestic Arbitration
Farokhnia-Mimnagh Solicitors advises and represents clients in domestic arbitrations seated in Ireland, acting throughout the dispute from the initial assessment of the arbitration agreement through to the final award and its enforcement.
We assist with the preparation and conduct of proceedings, including pleadings and submissions, evidence, procedural applications, hearings and advocacy before the tribunal. We also advise on jurisdiction, procedural and evidential issues, and the steps available following an award, including enforcement and applications to set an award aside where the circumstances permit.

Commencement of proceedings
Serving or responding to the notice to arbitrate in accordance with the parties' agreement and any applicable arbitral rules.
Tribunal appointments
Assisting with the appointment of a sole arbitrator or a panel under the clause, the applicable rules, or, where necessary, by application to the High Court.
Written submissions and evidence
Preparing statements of case, documentary and witness evidence, and submissions on procedure and on the merits.

Representation at the hearing, whether the dispute is decided on the documents alone or with oral evidence and argument.
Final awards, recognition and enforcement
Advice on the award and, where appropriate, enforcement as a judgment of the High Court under the Arbitration Act 2010.
